Meet our leaders

Brent is the founder of Team Relentless and has almost a decade of industry experience. Brent's favorite aspect of management is mentoring rookie sales reps to grow into the best version of themselves. Brent married Sierra Rivas in August 2019 and loves traveling and building the Relentless Region with her by his side.

Sierra joined forces with Brent in 2019 both in marriage and work. She has worked in the recruiting industry since 2018 and in the home security industry since 2019. She manages recruiting, retention, and administrative operations related to the team's well-being. Sierra has her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and enjoys integrating psychology and counseling principles in the business world.

Yusuf is the recipient of the 2023 Man in the Arena Award, the most prestigious award offered on our team. He graduated in Business Admin with a focus in Marketing from Oglethorpe University in 2020. He has proven himself an asset to the team as a leader. One of Yusuf's favorite benefits of working with Relentless is the flexibility he has to travel as a professional ultimate frisbee player.

Lucas joined the team in 2021 as a Summer Intern. He completed the intern program as our top rookie producer. He graduated with his degree in business from UNC Charlotte in May of 2023 and joined the team as a full-time leader after graduating. Lucas was the recipient of the Six Figure Summer and Relentless Awards in 2022 and 2023.

Ethan began his journey on the Relentless Team as a Summer Intern in 2023. He was the recipient of the 2023 Rookie of the Year Award for his outstanding performance and leadership. Ethan serves as a mentor to new Interns as well as manages the summer housing for our Interns.

Mel joined the Relentless office in March 2024. She has worked in customer service capacities within several different companies and departments over the past 10 years. She is an expert and certified in social media marketing and even runs her own food blog. When she’s out of the office she spends her free time with her dog Kilo, filming for her food blog, doing yoga and other group fitness classes.

Raleigh joined the Rivas family as a new puppy in the Spring of 2022. She is thrilled to come to the office every day with her mom and dad. She likes to inspire her coworkers and live up to the team name with her relentless need for cuddles, pets, kisses, and belly rubs.
